Full-run time is derived: route length divided by average speed. Rider counts are fare-paid boardings, weekdays 7am–7pm, on tracked local routes. The plan's own rider figures count all riders, all day, so they run higher.

How this corridor was mapped to routes

The plan card and DOT's project page describe a center-running bus lane on Broadway (69th Street to Roosevelt Avenue) for the Q70 SBS to LaGuardia. Because the Q70 is fare-free, fare data shows almost no riders; the plan's own 9,000-rider figure is used for weighting instead, and that substitution is disclosed in the methods.
